• Bidder Credit Card Authentication at Registration - We are implementing this HiBid feature in 2022 to streamline our payment process, making it more secure for our customers. Through this process, HiBid verifies that a $1 charge can be applied to each registered bidder's credit card. Note, HiBid does not actually charge the $1, they only verify that it is a valid card. With this new process, if you require shipping for any items won, you will no longer be required to call on the auction pick up days to provide credit card details over the phone. We will instead process your payment with your credit card information on file with HiBid.

• Buyer's Premium Change – To align with new HiBid/AuctionFlex pricing increases implemented in late 2021, we are increasing our buyer's premium from 13 to 16 percent in 2022, but also are providing a 3 percent cash-pay discount for buyers who would like to maintain the 13 percent rate.
